A preview at SPS – ITALY Phi Drive, a company of Gruppo Comestero Sistemi, will present the new nano-positioners stage COR-PS .

Nanometric precision, high dynamic range and integrated sensor. All in a compact device to excel in the micro-machining and micro-displacement fields.

The experience of Phi Drive in the development and production of motors and positioning systems of high precision based on piezo is now applied in these new linear positioners applicable in the sectors of industrial automation and scientific laboratories.
