NEW MICROSTAGE M3-LS-3.4

Developed the new M3-LS-3.4, adding to the range of piezo-stage actuators developed by our American partner New Scale Technologies.

The M3-LS-3.4 micropositioning stage with built-in controller has a resolution of 0.5 μm, a travel of 15 mm and moves loads of 200 grams (horizontal orientation) or 100 grams (vertical orientation). A 2 times longer travel and 10 times greater force than the original M3-LS micro positioning stage.

As with all M3 modules, the piezoelectric micro-motor and all driving electronics are completely integrated into the device, which is fast and easy to integrate into OEM instruments.
