NANOMETIRC LINEAR POSITIONING STAGE

Phi Drive develops mecatronic positioning piezo stages. COR-PS actuators are characterized for precision and possibility to reaching nanometric movements, making them particularly suitable for areas of industrial, research and metrology where very small displacements are needed.

Phi Drive could deliver X or XY stages, having typical application in focus stabilization, microscope positioning, lens positioning, laboratory automation and many others.

The same electronics works with linear and rotative positioners allowing a very flexible and scalable system.
