Refrigerator door switches for with ATEX protection

atex1After the lever microswitches, the new SWD series of refrigerator door switches produced by Unionwell and Greetech have been ATEX certified too, passing the rigorous certification tests for use in potentially explosive environments.

The SWD Series pushbuttons are available in a wide range of configurations both in style and technical features, including dust and water protection “IP67” option.

Furthermore, they can be supply in bipolar and unipolar versions, making them suitable not only for traditional applications of refrigerators and freezers, but also in applications for different doors that are used in zone 2 ATEX.
